Residential/Commercial Moves and Packing Service In Arkansas

• We charge $60 per hour for 1 person, $80 per hour for a team of 2, $100 per hour for a team of 3, and $125 per hour for a team of 4.
• Total job time is always rounded up to the next minute, not to the next hour.  For example, if we worked for 2 hours 13 minutes 17 seconds, you would be billed for exactly 2 hours and 14 minutes.
• There is a minimum charge of 3 hours 20 minutes with 1 mover ($200), 2 hours 30 minutes with 2 movers ($200), 2 hours with 3 movers ($200), and 3 hours with 4 movers ($375).
• Our job clock starts at  the moment we leave the office and it is turned off at your final destination, when the move is complete.  Lunchtime and short breaks are not part of the bill. 
• The first 25 job miles of the move are exempt of the mileage fee.  After 25 miles, the rate is $1.25 per mile.
• The job miles are calculated by adding the mileage from our office in Little Rock to the origin of the move, plus the miles inbetween your homes, plus the miles back to the office after the move is complete. 
• The 24' moving truck, fuel, dollies, blankets, up to 1/2 a roll of 18" plastic wrap, and basic insurance are included with the above rates.  Other packing supplies and extra insurance can be purchased separately.
• We do not charge sales tax.
• Third floor moves have an extra charge of $30.
• Fixed-price moves are occasionally available, depending upon the situation.

Deliveries & Individual Item Moving:

• Deliveries and specialized items are quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Typical delivery charges range from $75 to $150.  Piano moves and gun safes typically cost between $200 and $250.

Estimates:

• Estimates are always free, but keep in mind that they are only estimates.  There are a lot of variables involved, and it's hard to say for sure how long a move will take, especially over the phone.  We will do our best to estimate the number of hours it will take, based on similar moves that we have done in the past.  In some situations, a quote can be given with a fixed price, but we usually work by the hour.
